how are links done is it like this [link]http://www.champdogs.co.uk [/link] once this is typed in what do i do next?

Your link is just about right. If you look at what you typed, there is a space after uk. If you remove the space the link should work.

Have another go! It took me a while to realise where mine where going wrong (but I was too shy to ask!) :D

Those ones are just for the Forum

On an email you just type the address e.g. www.champdogsforum.co.uk and it changes to a link automatically. Does on mine anyway.

I think the poster was talking about the smiley faces....or at least thats how it reads :D ....my emails (OE6) don't do automatic smilies :)

Sorry, no mine doesn't do them, though I keep seeing pop ups for free downloads for them so if you did a Google search for "free mail emoticons" or whatever you might get something to fit the bill.
