I have just bought a golden cocker spaniel bitch. The breeder gave me a large sack of food to take with me, its called Greyhound 28 by gain feeds. The trouble is I wont be able to get this once I've run out. Could you please recommend or advise me on the best dry complete food for my pup. She is ten weeks old. Also, the breeder was only feeding the litter twice a day. Everybody seems to recommend feeding three or four times a day. I contacted the breeder about it and she said that she has always fed her litters twice a day, simply because it is convenient for her. She said I can feed her 3 or 4 times a day if it is convenient for me but to stick to a routine once decided. A friend recommended Eukanuba puppy, is this a good choice?

Looking forward to some replies to dispel the confusion
Thanks a lot

Twice a day certainly is not enough to be feeding such a baby. Personally, I would recommend Burns you can find a long dicussion about it and other dry foods on the feeding board.
