Any one who could reccomend wher to get hips scored in B'ham or surronding I understand the X ray itself is very important. And that you can only submit one set of Xrays?

So obviously I would like to get it right.

I live in Cambridgeshire and had the same problem as you not knowing where was the best to turn to, There was a thread including hip scoring and recommended vets, try running a search we traveled from cambridgeshire to a vet in Pickering North Yorkshire as I think it was Moonmaiden had had her dogs done there and spoke highly of her.We took our Dogue de bordeaux and are now awaiting the results but after her xray's were done and she had recovered , we were shown the xray's that were very clear and the vet talked us through all the points that would be looked at, we had her elbows done at the same time, I would highly recommend this practice if you cannot find anyone closer. You could call up Willows vet refereal centre in Shirley Solihull (Tanworth Lane) haven't got their number . I've never used them for this but they seem to specialise in all sorts of areas , so it may be worth giving them a call.
