hi, i am currently looking for a Cocker Puppy and would like to know of a couple of titles for 'doggie' books to enable me as a first time puppy owner to hopefully be a good puppy owner! I've been book shop and library but so many I don't know which to choose to buy. I have one other dog a Lhasa that is soon to 13 and we got her when she was 4 so never had the puppy stage to go through. Many thanks for any help offered. A lot of good advise from websites already printed.

The Perfect Puppy by Gwen Bailey, is an excellent book for puppy owners. I got my copy from Amazon.

got the book the perfect puppy today, going on hols in a few hours so got all week to read it cover to cover! Thanks for all advise given
