Hi im a 15 year old dog love, my mum said if i find out how to get one and from where, i can have a dashound puppy, or sausage dog.
It would have to be from the toy veriaty. I'm just looking to see if there are any breeders in the uk of this specific breed of dog, if not I shal have to look for another breed...
Any suggestions?

You can get names and addresses from the Kennel Club of dachshound breeders with puppies for sale, also the names and addresses of breed clubs. The breed clubs are probably the best place to start a search for a puppy. Have you looked at the breeders section on Champdogs yet?
As you are 15, you might like to join the Kennel Club Juniors section. It has recently changed name and I can't recall what the new name is. The Kennel Club site is www.kennel-club.org It has lots of information on it. You might also like to look at the sites for Dog World and Our Dogs, which are the two main newspapers for dog owners and breeders. These papers are on sale every Friday.
