I suggest you ring the brred club secretaries who will be able to let oyu know who has litters available in your area. They will be able to recommend a reputable breeder too.

Alternatively, you could go to the guided search facility on the home [age of Champdogs and look for Gundogs/Cocker Spaniels breeders.

I don't know of anyone specifically in Surrey but either of the above two would be able to point you in the right direction.
