Am not getting one but just wanted to know more about this beautiful breed. I was walking my Border Terrier in the park when I saw a TT for the first time and it was love at first sight.

Are there any owners on here that can tell me more.

thanks!

Oh yes indeed what would you like to know. I have 4 of them .

Just thought that they look like cracking little dogs. Am going to get a pal for my Border Terrier bitch at some point and had previously thought that I would never get anything other than a BT. But TT look like a lot of fun. Any advise you could give me would be much welcomed.

We have 7 Tibetan Terriers, they are a wonderful breed very loving and always happy to be with you :)

They love attention and love to be played with plus they show off in the show ring!

They are a wonderful breed and make lovely family pets as well as show dogs they also take very well to obedience and agility . But they are not a breed to be left for long periods they really do like human company, they can be quite vocal, And if you do decide upon a TT, then make sure you go to a reputable breeder who hip-scores and eye-tests, And providing they are socialised properly as pups and introduced to all sorts of things and other dogs they are on the whole very good my 4 get on absolutely fine with all my other dogs which consist of a Border Terrier an Affie 2 Gsds and a couple of chinese cresteds, Just a word about the coats , it is much better to have them clipped off than allow the coat to get matted etc and when they are changing from puppy to adult coat that is when it is the hardest to look after they need a thorough grooming every day at this time.

Thank you both for your advice. They look like beautiful dogs and the one that my dog plays with in the park is such a character and just a fluffy bundle of fun.
