my 12 weeks old westies has started to wee next to his food bowl and also last night I took him outside before bed but he didnt go so I planned to read for abit and then take him again but as soon as I put him in his crate he proceeded to wee on his bed, even though there is also paper there. Its seemed really blatant, like he'd done it on purpose.

He done it because it feels safe he's only 12 weeks, you will have months of this yet.and he didn't do it on purpose, to him that is his place.

He's marking his territory.
