Oh my god we took our dog to the beach today and he ate a massive piece of poo!! anyone recommend anything to get rid of the smell!! I usually love kisses from him but....no way hosay today!!

Sounds awful! Someone in our agility class always cleans her dogs mouth (not on the inside though) with baby wipes, because he always eats the rabbit droppings when we're there. I suppose you could brush his teeth as well - don't know what else really!

Logic gel available from vet or Canine Chemist. Worked for my bitch when she was cleaning up after her babies and makes teeth easier to to clean.

Thanks everyone..He has just enjoyed 2 extra strong mints and I bought some toothpaste which was the pretty obvious thing to do. Does it harm them in anyway eating it? He hasn't done it for ages but just snatched it up and ate it.
