Can anybody help me with advice with regards to grooming brushes for an Old English, I have tried the type recommended by the vreeder and dont feel these are adequate now my pup is getting a thicker coat, hers were kept clipped.

I have read several articles on how to groom and they refer to a small universal slicker for the undercoat when matted and a pinhead brush with no knobs on the pins!

I have been to Pets at Home - My nearest pet store and they dont sell either of these types of equipment.

Is there an alternative universal slicker or does it have another name?

Any help/advice appreciated Thanks!
