My 14 month old black labrador called Bess has brown stains on her back teeth. I have tried brushing them but they won't go. Her milk teeth were beautiful. After a visit to the vet, I changed her diet a few months ago, but this hasn't made a difference. I've tried giving her raw chicken wings which she eats reluctantly, but her teeth remain stained. The only thing left now is to have her teeth cleaned under anaesthetic which I really don't want to do. I would be really grateful for any suggestions. By the way, Bess comes from a working background and is very slim. Some people don't believe she's a labrador at all!

Denta rasks are good for getting rid of the tarter you could hold it will she chews it at the back. Tooth scale last year cost me £150 thought you might like know the price if you don't already :)
You may have to cut the rask a bit if she does not like chewing, rawhide is also good but i know that a lot of people here do not like them.
