I was at a race meeting for whippets in May 24th at Melton. In another field near us there was a dog show I think for English Bull Terrier's. Before they went into the judging area the owner's were putting Talc all over the dog's. Can anyone tell me why?. I never got to talk to any of the owner's as I had to race my dog and also I had to collect my new puppy.
