Is it right that you shouldnt give dogs/pups pork as this can play havoc with their digestive system????Hope not as my pup has just raided the bin and retrieved a couple of rib bones with loads of pork still on them,as for the danger of the bones well they didnt touch the sides (hang on a minute can hear rustling again)little buggar caught him in time,took bin out now!!!!LOL.Wouldnt mind so much but he wont eat his own food so good.

Pork is bad for dogs and cats , can cause tummy upsets :(

Would not worry about the pork but would worry about the cooked bones. Never found pork to cause a problem with dogs, never fed vast quantities but most my dogs have attended pig roasts and have been 'treated' by most people they pass, they enjoyed and it caused no problem.
