I agree Steph, it sounded as though the pup was to be a gift for an adult, especially as it was wanted at Christmas! As we are always told - never give an animal as a gift.

I read back the previous post and it did really sound like it was to be a christmas pressie...sadly, there will always be people who do get animals as gifts...will people never learn :(
