I have a male and female that is now reg. thru akc. they have had 2 litters together. the first is reg. now the second litter is the problem. They are refusing to reg. The second litter is the question since my male is 12 yrs. old they want a vet to test my males sperm to make sure that he can reproduce, and a witness to sign a statement that saw the mating. So the outcome of this is i'm looking for a different orgination to reg. them with for the last 2 years i have spent more time and money on this the akc is always losing papers i send in. Any advicewould greatly be appreciated.

Surely you can DNA test your pups to prove that the dog you say is the dog who has produced the litter!!
