sneaking on from work as need some help

got a friend who uses freeserve and has rung me distraught (she is as much an internet addict as me) ;)

From what I can work out she has done something to the dial up number to freeserve so now can't connect.

She is pay as you go if that makes a diff - can anyone tell me the number that is used please :D
