Hi Everyone

I own a 6 year old mongrel called Beky. She is such a mature and well natured dog but latly she has picked up a bad habit. In my house we have books and games ,toys,food,glasses al over the place and she hides them. She will take a glass in her mouth (not breaking it) and hide it under a cushion. Or take a playstaion game and put it under my bed. She has being doing this for about a week and alot of things are so well hidden we cant find them. I've tried moving things onto to higher surfaces and in cupboards but she manages to get them. I caught her doing it when she was walking with a packet of crisps ( she didnt even eat them) .So i followed her and she managed to flick my pillow up and place the crisps under my pillow and make it look as though nothing had been moved. I smacked her seconds after it but that has not stopped her. I find it quite funny but its annoying me so much. She has hidden things that are important to me and i just cant find them. Any suggestions?

Can I borrow her to tidy my house?! She sounds marvellous - I might even find my son's bedroom floor!!! :D :D
