my cairn terrier is 12 weeks and lets me know every time she needs to go outside to relieve a bowel movement, but constantly urinates in her crate. I have stopped giving her water an hour before I put her in her crate, and I keep lessening her water intake. unfortunatley nothing has come of this. please help!

Control of the bowel comes before the bladder control. Do not restrict water. When the pup has control it will stop.

She's still only a baby - it will come and until it does make sure you clean up with biological washing powder solution and that the area around the crate is easily cleaned.
Please do NOT restrict her water intake in any way - kidneys need water to function correctly..........
