My 14 week springer refused his breakfast this morning and vomited bile twice within two hours.Totally ignored his food until cats were being fed,he then oinched some cat food...not ideal i know very rich. He's full of beans as usual evan though he's not eaten today(other than a little cat food). This evening he's had diarrhoea.
My question is do i starve him til the morning or offer rice tonight?I havent rang vet as yet as he seems well in himself charging around garden after kids and cats!!!

Hi Cheryl, I would offer him a little boild boneless chicken with a little cooked rice round about 8hrs after he ate the cat food if he`s had no more vomiting. Give him small amounts of the cooking liquid from the chicken or just leave a small bowl down for him to drink. Check his temp & if its high ring your vet. If he stays as he is with no change (listless, vomiting, temp, dire rear ets) ring your vet in morning & see what they say. But if you`re worried then ring him now.

Hi thanks for replying.Gave him just rice last night and he's had no more vomiting/diarrhoea.probably just scavenged something nasty from the garden!!
