I have a friend who has recently lost his Cane Corso after 14 years and hes lookin for a new dog. He has owned several rare mastiffs including Cane Corso and a Dogo argentino when he was young, before they were banned obviously so hes used to owning dominating breeds of dog such as the canary. Getting to the point he would like a Canary Dog and there are two things he wants answered before he looks for one, firstly do they drool constantly and can they be kept with other dogs. He lives in Kent. Plus can canarys be shown anywhere in Britian, hes not bothered about showing but would like to go to shows to get a real feel for the breed. if anyone could offer any info he would be very grateful.

Has your friend always lived in this country?
hmm this post sounds wrong.
firstly there was no dogos in the country.if your friend does have a dogo like some of the people who have tosa in uk then he wouldnt need help in looking for a dogo /presa canario
alos like all big mastiff type dogs they can drool especially when drinking !or waiting for food.i know breeds like cane corsa are supposedly not meant to drool but they do!
also he would know that he couldnt put a canario with other dogs!thats simple sense if he has owned bull breeds before!
