having arrived home after being away for several hours, we have returned to find our 2 year old pug, with discharge coming from both eyes and nostrils, she is wet through underneath, and is refusing food her tail is allso down, which with pugs is a sure sign of a problem. Any advice greatly appreiciated.

i dont know what it is, but it sounds not good, especially the "wet through". id recommend emergency vet.
