ive typed this answer and deleted it several times in preference for this answer which will not get me banned from the board or bring down a ton of bricks on me head
i would suggest that you read some books on the staffordshire bull terrier first and then speak to various people that you may or may not know about the breed.
speak to several different people as everyone has their own opinion
i would definately recommend going along to a show or two and actually speaking to some of the people there as well
then maybe join a staffordshire bull terrrier ringcraft club and go along and see some of the dogs there and speak to the owners
then , and only then , after a couple of months at least, will you be ready for a staffy (maybe)
there is no such thing as a "beige" stafford or a "chocolate" coloured stafford
if you do not know even the basic colours that staffords come in then you obviously do not know enough about the breed to contemplate owning one
