In the South Wales evening post this evening there was a letter suggesting that the Welsh assembly is now giving grants to farmers for them to start breeding puppies, to diversify apparently. I don't know about you but this horrifies me aren't these the places your told not to go near to get a puppy ,has anyone else heard of these grants ?
