Just printed a couple of Photos from my Computer, first using Photo paper to which I adjusted the settings for the Printer, it came out practically red!! Then I just used normal paper, the same thing happened. My Golden Retrievers have turned into Irish Red Setters
Anyone advise, please. (Idiot fashion please!!!!!)

Just a silly thought but i suppose you have got plenty of ink in the cartridge? Because the final colour is a mix of the colours in the cartridge if one colour has run out then the colour of the print will be affected.

Not so silly - I have a new Black cartridge in the Printer, whilst the colour is low, would this make it Red?

If your colour cartride is low then yes it could well be that there is very Little Cyan ,and or yellow left but obviously there is Magenta hence the red ;) Gillian
