Hi,I am looking to contact anyone who is currently planning a litter of Landseer Newfoundlands around Nov 2003 - early spring 2004.I already have a 16 mth old black female and I am looking for a companion for her.I travelled to UK for my own girl so distance not a problem, would want all the relavant information and to meet the pups with their parents. Please be assured the pup would be going to a good home.If you want to email me on Brendz10@hotmail.com with the details.
regards
Brenda

Hi

The best thing to do is get in touch with the breed club because I know they are encouraging their breeders to breed Landseers. I'm sure you are aware that you cannot tell what you u are going to get in a litter so you may have to be placed on some waiting lists untill a Landseer is born.

Whats the difference between a newfoundland and a landseer newfie?

I think a Landseer refers to the dog being black and white, as opposed to solid black :)

Landseer is just a term for the coloration of the dog ~landseer means black/white the same way you would refer to mine as a "brown" newf
