I said goodbye to my best friend last week when I had my Rottie put to sleep (age 9.) He really was a special fella, who'd been with me from 10 weeks old. I just want to say to John that the verse posted on rainbow bridge was really beautiful. Nothing will bring back our special friends but that was comforting to read.

I think back about all the wonderful dogs I've lost Kelly. We never forget them however many follow. They all have a place in out heart.
