A bitch of mine suffered with terrible skin problems (no cysts though!) which baffled several vets. She responded positively to a high dose capsule of Oil of Evening Primrose daily. After a few years I changed her diet to Nutro which cleared up the problem and I was able to dispense with the supplements as well.
It's a difficult problem and it's a case of trial and error with supplements, diets, treatments etc... to find out which works best for you.
Hope you find something for her.

What breed is she? as for the cysts you bath them with HYDROGEN PEROXIDE SOLUTION(9%) get a small cup put three cap fulls in and then some water and just put it over the cysts.
