My aunt has always owned large mastiff breeds and her neopolitan has just recently died and shes desperate for another mastiff but wants something different. I told her that she should get either a Cane Corso or a Dogue Du Bordeaux. What one would you say makes the better pet?

Obviously it depends on breeders / how their dogs are treated but I've got a DDB she's only 22weeks old and I must say shes the easiest puppy to have trained , she knew the same commands as my adult bulldogs by the time she was 14 weeks old ! and is a pleasure to have in our family.

Dogue de Bordeaux :-) They are fantastic family members and very loyal.
