I had a poodle 20 years ago and as I remember her face and feet were clipped at 10 weeks when we picked her up,

Its good to start clipping them young as they get used to the clippers and learn to take it in their stride. But don't try to do a full clip all at once. I would suggest little and often at this age - and keep the treats coming :D
