Hello all,i have a five month old boxer girl and i was wandering if there is anything (some sort of spray) for example that i could put around the perimeter of my property to mask the sent to keep the boys away, i have a six foot fence surrounding my garden but my neighbours dog can clear this quite easily, other than making my fence higher is there anything i can use? thankyou in advance for any info, andy.

Hi,
I don't know if there is anything like that available, but as the scent of a bitch in season can be carried for miles on the wind I doubt if they'd be any use.
Besides, using them might lull you into a false sense of security and you might not be as vigilant as you ought.........

Resisting the temptation to say a shotgun, can you ask your neighbour to keep their dog under control, if not you will have to go with your bitch whilst she is in season. should the worse happen you can take her to the vet to get an injection to deal with the possible whelps but the bitch will start the season again.

There is not much you can use you must go out with your bitch at all times never take your eyes off her as the male dog from next door will be in. i all ways hose down my garden after my bitches have been out there and spray odor kill around,
