Topic Dog Boards / Visitors Questions / UPDATE ! Puppy's runny poo

Hello, thanx for the advice on my 12wk old bullmastiff. I stuck with what the vet had told me, kept her on the pedigree puppy complete as it wasnt bad runs, just sloppy. Arter 7 days we have started to get firm poo but only during the hours of 9am and 4pm after that it all turns sloppy again ! She is still going 3 times during the night, but next day all becomes firm again. She is feed solely on pedigree complete at 8am, 12noon & 4pm, i cut out her 8pm feed as i thought that may be what was making her go during the night. She is absolutley normal in herself, but i am in turmoil as what to do next.
She does 2-3 firm poos during the day then after 5pm it can be anything up to 8 sloppy ones !
I think the vet may be right, she may have a food intolerence, but i dont want to keep changing her food. Most complete food for sensitive dogs is adult and not puppy. Please can someone advise me as i dont want to do things wrong and i dont really know what to do next.

Hi take her off the food you have her on now its to rich, put her on to James Wellbeloved puppy Turkey and rice until she is 6 months mix some loose bran into it for a few days and this will harden her up give the new food time as this might make her a bit runny to start with. i have bullmastiffs so i know what they are like.best of luck.
