hi not a pleasant one im afraid,my 4 month old kerry blue(boscoe) has decided he is going to be a man already, the problem.....his attention is for my MALE mini schnauzer(zak),he is intended for stud purposes when older so,should i cool him off or let him have his fun? zak isnt bothered about his humping,i actually think he quite likes the attention he gets from boscoe.its just not very nice when you walk in the kitchen bare foot to find little "deposits".
any help appreciated

Hi Mel78, only help I can give is, to buy a pair of slippers and wait till he grows up a bit. Worry not it is normal and the amount of 'little deposits' depends on the dog, had one who would just stand and drip (usualy on your feet) but it was ok when he became fully adult.

Now then, we do all differ, I have girls as well as boys and find the noise that the girls make when cleaning themselves a real turn off, teanage drips I can cope with, after all it happens in humans too, and it can't be helped.

I heard that when dogs are fairly new to each other (especially males) they mount for dominance reasons? Just hope 'Boscoe' doesn't like it too much and has to let his bitches down ;)

thank you all,i have heard that i should just let him get on with it or he will be reluctant in the future if i stop him now,im just hoping boscoe doesnt like the men more than the ladies :D
