CONGRATULATIONS to you Linda
and very nice it was to meet you after all this time of knowing each other from this board
It was most enjoyable watching the Peis this morning/afternoon
ive never had a chance to stand and watch them before but i will make an effort to get to see them more often if i can
the diversity within the dogs being shown was, i thought, quite amazing
i have so many questions now about the breed to ask
very interesting indeed
I thought that the Judge Peter Jolly was as entertaining as ever with his witty remarks and looking as sharp and well presented as he always does
but the best was yet to come, when Open Bitch was called
I thougt that the argy bargy to gain first position in the line was quite comical
theres always a little battle to get first in line in my breed but nothing to equal that :)
the split between the two camps is also quite amazing
i really couldnt beleive that it would be that blatantly obvious
almost like being at a footy match :D
one of the most enjoyable and entertaining mornings ive ever spent at a dog show
but i do have to say that I think that you and your dog deserve the wins that you have gained
just from my short stint at ringside even i could appreciate that you have a very nice dog
and she certainly behaved and walked much more professionally and confidently than one or two of the other dogs in the class
im looking forward to the next time i can spend a couple of hours watching them now :D
and i can bug you with all the questions i have :)
