I have a 13 wk old Siberian Husky puppy and her ears are completely flopped and actually alot of the time also flop over against her head. I am concered because I do want to breed her as she is beautiful, but was told by her groomer that she doesn't think her ears will ever stand up with out help. I don't want to jump the gun and have her have to go through having her ears taped etc, and the women I bought her from is not returning my calls? What do I do with my baby?

Wait is the answer & have patience

Did you buy her as a pet or for showing or working ????

13 weeks is very young to be worrying about her ear carriage

& breeding leave that for a long time in the future

We bought her as a pet and in about 2 1/2-3 years we are going to breed her. I wasn't worried about her ears at all until the girl at Petsmart told me that I needed to worry about it and soon it would be too late and they would never stand up. Otherwise I had figured that they would stand up in their own good time. Thank you for your quick responce.

Hmmmmm, petsmart...no offence but......they know about as much as a macdonalds worker. They are just sales people and probably dont know the first thing about animals, except that they have 4 legs.
Sorry, you do occasionally find ones that know what they are on about, but I know people who have worked in those types of places and...clueless!!
As has been said, be patient, you may wake up one morn with perfect lug-oles! :)

They could stay floppy until she has finished teething or go up then down until all her teeth are through

Just make sure she has plenty of safe thing to chew on & that wil help the muscles in the jaw strengthen as well as helping her ear carriage
