Having purchased my first DDB in May , I am interested in visiting some shows , exhibiting this breed , I live in the midlands (derby area) and want to know if there are any locally.

Quite a few open shows now have Import Reg. classes.
Neward Showground is not too far from you and they have shows thre most weekends through the Autum/Winter.
There are two shows on soon Cleethorpes and Selby - they are probably about an hour and a half away from you (not very good with Geography).
Have you been taking your Dogue to ringcraft/handling classes as it is a good idea to get them well socialised before showing?
Most Championship shows have Improt Reg. classes too. One coming up is Driffield at Doncaster Racecourse.

Thanks for your reply , I wasn't initially thinking of showing her , just purely to see the shows myself , however , How would I find someone to become my "handler" for her should I change my mind?

Go to ringcraft and handle her yourself, in my opinion this is much more fun! Unfortunately DDB's can only go in import classes and no further.
