From when a puppy is born, how often does it need worming?

Hi

i worm mine with Panacur (av from vets)

I worm at 2 weeks(3 day course)
again at 5 weeks(3 day course)
and again at 7half week before they leave me(3 day course)

then advise new owners to take there worming cert to vets and they will be advised when to be wormed next!!!
