Where in Bedfordshire, UK would i be able to get a P.R.A certificate for a Lhasa Apso and also how much approximately does it cost?

John of Lab fame holds eye test sessions twice a year at a village nr Aylsbury, and there is a site that lists the pannel members, I know the one in Lincs but not who is in or near Beds. Try going on to the KC site look under health maters and I think there is a link to the KC/BVA site.
