Would be grateful for advice. Have five month old springer puppy with a pink face where it should be white! Have experienced this before with older springers and have reduced the protein in their diet as several people suggested that could be the reason. However all dogs now on low protein food (Burns) and in the main are still pink. Any ideas???

It could be something in the water - try putting bottled water in his water bowl instead of tap water.......

Could one of the other dogs be licking him/her? Constant licking can turn white hair pink. Just a thought.
