Does anyone have any attention grabbing ideas to make people look for a lost cat ??
Brother in law has gone on holiday leaving his brother ( no , not hubby) in the house minding his two cats . They are brother and sister and have never been outside before . Stupid brother in law number 2 has left the door open and the both got out .:(
Luckily one only ventured out onto the patio and no further . The other has been missing now for 2 days :(
Other than posting notices through neighbours letter boxes and sticking up signs on the local lamp posts does anyone have any other ideas for a quick return??????
They are due home a the weekend :(

My work colleague's husband found a cat, friendly soul
he rang his local vet's to where the cat was found and reported
that he found the cat. He took him to his own vet to scan for micro-chip
no such luck.
No replies and the cat has been taken to the local rehoming place
as they already had 2 cats.
Try local vets/pet shops/ some local radio stations have lost pet sections
as do the local newspapers/local free adds etc etc some even have a regional
lost pet register. Do you have a local cats protection league that you could ring?

THAnks Boxacrazy - i will find out .
Actually thats how we acquired Noodle our cat. She turned up on the doOrstep and refused to leave ( even though we wouldnt let her into the house ) . Asked around whether anyone had lost a cat, posted an advert but no one came forward. So here she stays( and I must admit I am quite glad as shes lovely ) :)
Really do hope Fluffy ( b-in-laws cat) is ok

hi,
you could also ask nieghbours to check their garages and sheds ect, when we lost one of our cats just before we moved we put his picture on missing posters around the nieghbourhood. he was returned to us the day after...and we were so relived to have him home.
