Last night I noticed a white spot 5mm in diameter on the nose of my 7 month old cocker spaniel and thought nothing of it. THis afternoon there is another one slightly inside his nostril. We are off to the vet's tomorrow - but for the meantime, do you know what this might be. It does not appear to hurt him when I touch it.
