This is on a jack russell terrier.. temp is down from 100.4 to 100.0 in 20 hours... she doesnt have much of an appetite... do you think the time is near? (within a day?) She is on day #60 today

Could be... But a more signifigant drop is usually present, down to 98 or so... Good luck if it is!

guess I gave away that Im from the states.. anyway.. for everyone else in the world.. that is 38 c to 37.7 c

Hi Rick, I think when the time comes, you will have seen a much more significant temperature drop. My experience is a temp of 97.odd, so still a way to go. Hang in there, for a few more days.

Today is day 65, counted from the first day she accepted mating.. our stud got her many times after that... anyway.. still waiting.. hopeful for today, her temp dropped from 99.6 yesterday to 98.6 today. Keeping a keen eye out for nesting.. funny how every little scratch to make a comfy spot for her to lay down turns to "oh... this may be it!" Thanks for the help, read the books, checked the websites, talked to other people, but it is always nice to get "one more" opinion.
