It would probably be best if you went back to the breeder for advice and make sure she has had all her health checks done and is at least 2.5 years, and by the way its NEWFOUNDLAND

Female bitches of large/giant breeds should be fully mature before you consider breeding. I would strongly recommend that you take her back to her breeder to see if she is good enough to breed from and to ask what lines containing which colours you should use on her. She should also be Hip, Elbow and Heart tested and have good results before you start to look for a stud. If you have done this I am sorry, but you will know how important it is as you would not want to have your bitch give birth to sick pups.

Newfoundlands are not the easiest to care for either you may well have to have someone watching the bitch and pups for 24 hours a day for at least the first 5 weeks as they can lie on the pups and squash them.
