Hi, our husky pup (15 weeks) is more or less house trained (we hope) with a just a few mishaps here and there which is only to be expected. We were round my parents house with him (Dray) the other day (they also have 2 border collies) who use a dog flap for access to the garden whenever they want. Dray quite happily got the hang of this dog flap and was quite content going in and out on his own for toilets and just for fun. We would like to get one for our back door. Has anyone got any ideas where we could get one and how much they cost and whether they make them big enough for a Husky when he is full grown.
Thanks
Sam

Just type 'dog flaps' or 'dog doors' in www.google.co.uk

be aware that having a large dog flap can invalidate your house insurance for theft
As if a dog can get in so can a human!!

We have a flap for our newfs, it cost around £80 . it comes with a secure piece that bolts on the back wheny out are out so no-one can get in.
The company is called Staywell and they do have a website but can't remember it off hand.
Do a search on the web and it will come up.
Happy flapping
