What bad luck, to have to re-home them. If you bought them, rather than bred them yourself, why not ask their breeder first? He/she may be able to help.

Like WL says contact your breeder or if you bred them yourself and don't know of anyone wanting weims then contact one of the Weimaraner Rescue societies. If you click on Information, Societies then scroll down to the bottom you will see all the relevant information for contacting the rescue & rehoming services. Finding the right home for your dogs is of paramount importance and they will be happy to help you with your search.

my first step would be to contact the breeder as most people that sell puppies at 8 weeks old have become very attached to the puppy and therefore even when that puppy grows into the new owners dog it still remains there puppy at heart, any puppy that i sold would alway remain my responsibility at what ever age or situation. however if that is not possible then if you would like to drop me a line i may have a person that may suit the 8 month old one.
