Hi
i am trying to find owners of this litter of pups.
the mother is MONAVANA MAGIC and the sire is GEEWHIZ PATRIARCH OF KAZBULL.
i am trying to get in touch with one lady in particualar who brought a puppy who i understand has had problems.
now i am having problems with mine, and i just would like to know the extent of this other ladies problems.is there anyway i can find the owners of this litter that was born?really just to see if any of the other owners are having problems with any of the other puppies.the breeder has been of no help at all what so ever,to the extent that i have given up trying.

It might be an idea to put the breed in the title
that way it might catch their attention better

just an idea :)

Hi, you didn't say what breed they are, but anyway - have you tried the stud dog owner? The KC Breed Record Supplement would give you the names (but not addresses) of the new owners (if they've got round to transferring ownership), and there's also the puppyreunion website that might help.

I think i have got the wrong end of the stick here, you are looking for one of the new puppy owners? not the breeders sorry not reading the thread right, as some one has said the kc reg book why wont the breeder talk to you about what is wrong? how old are the pups, and can i ask what is wrong with your pup? because bulldogs do have things that might seem not right but will sort its self out in time i do have bulldogs so i do know what i am talking about jackie.

Have you been back online to look at our replies. Is is possible to answer our questions.

We are trying to help you, but a little more information is needed.

I think we probably all did the search and found Geewhiz Bulldogs. You could also do/have done the same. Can you shed some light on the problem, we are being sincere in our offers of help.

How did you know that another lady was having problems with another of the puppies. Did she contact you or had you just 'heard'. Is the problem an illness - can the vet help.

Who was the breeder - are they well know/respected within the breed.

Sorry to ask all these things but as I said before we are just trying to help you and the puppies.

Best of luck

Norm

hi, and thanks for your replies.
i brought my puppy in febuary at 10 weeks old and he has always had a very nasty streak i cannot trust him around children, and with other dogs/cats he is an absolute nightmare,he has bitten members of my family (and he really means it,and has drew blood on more than one occasion) and is very possesive over me. he is just a very nasty dog.i heard about the owner of one of the other pups through talking to various people in the breed, and one of the other pups had mauled a child so it cant be a problem with just my pup, i cant help thinking thinking that they have just been very badly bred. i can do anything with our dog and he does exactly as i tell him,but i no longer trust him not to bite people/children, healthwise he is fine no problems there he is just so very nasty.
i have had bulldogs before, but never came across any other bulldogs with a temprement like his, he is so unpredictable. and i know that is not the way he is supposed to be, its just not normal behavior for the breed. the breeder has just basically said she is not bothered, and the way i have been treated is a joke, i know there is two sides to every story but i cant help thinking the mother and the father have just been threw together. the breeder had slipped up on the phone when i called her for advice, and she said that the mother of these pups can be very nasty, so i cant help thinking that i have got a ticking time bomb in my house just waiting to explode. it would be nice to talk to other owners of these puppies to see if (apart from the other people whose child was mauled) any of the others have had problems with these pups.
any advice would be very greatfully apreciated.

Meg

Your thinking is correct. If the dam is a problem dog herself then, I agree, she should not have been bred from.

Breeders spend decades 'ironing out' particular faults - whether it is temperament or a fault against the breed standard - it sounds as if a lot of hard work has been undone by inconsiderate breeding.

To help you with your problem here are my thoughts (I don't have many): See a behaviourist - Contact Vicky Collins at Kezia Bulldogs she is one and as you can see breeds Bullies herself. Join the yahoo chat Bulldoguk, Vicky is a member there as are lots of other experienced breeders - but beware not to 'bad-mouth' any particular breeder. Have a vets examination to check for other problems.

These are not common faults in Bulldogs and will need to be addressed before he gets 'too set in his ways'.

Can I email you privately with more details.
