I would be grateful for some advice as to what might be the best way to toilet train a puppy in an appartment. Although I have a garden it is around the back of the block and I don't think I can get the puppy there in time when it is very young. What would be the best way to start off? I do have a balcony that I thought perhaps I could start off training the pup to use initially - I could really do with some good advice.
