Has anyone ever heard of such a breed or did some crazy lady we met on the street just make this up???

There's a Coton de Tulear, think that's the name anyway. A small white, hairy dog. Not very descriptive am I:d:

Hi everyone.....the coton de Tulear is a breed although not yet recognised by the KC. Related to the BICHON and ITALIAN BOLOGNESE,They are usually white but some lemon or grey is permissable.A very lively friendly little dog...looking akin to a malteese with its paw in a light socket (well what i think they would look like in that predicament !!!) They grow between 10/12 inches and should weigh between 12/15LB

The Coton is recognised by the KC, I'm sure. Yes, I've definitely been to dog shows where they've been in the import register along with my breed. Or am I going mad?? Could be:d

Yes, the Coton is recognised and they even have a breed club!
