Hi
I used a small size puppy harness on my 11week old Yorkshire Terrier.
It is a lightweight one and before she had her jabs and was able to go out she got used to wearing it around the house.
At first I only used to let her wear it for a short time, every day I left it on for longer.
She got used to it really fast, and now she can go out in the big wide world she trots along in her harness with no problem at all.
Hope this helps.

Hi just what i was about to say we always use a harness on our bulldogs right from pup upwards the only time they have a lead fitted around neck is in the show ring they do wear collars you do need some thing to grab some times Jackie
