We have been trying to find a breeder with any puppy's avaiable or in the near future,If anybody could help we would be very gratefull. Jill

There are a number of Breeders listed with Champdogs. Just click on Search, then on Guided Search, then on Working Group, then on Alaskan Malamute and then finally on Breeders. It might also be worthwhile reading the Breed Notes and finding out everything you can about them.

Be prepared to wait for anything up to a year or even long, as most Mal Breeders only breed when they want a puppy themselves.

My neighbours waited for over 2 years for their puppy, but he is lovely and well worth the wait.

There are plenty of Breeders on this site so they will give you more information.

And what a handsome dog he is making ...... just wish I could persuade them to Show him ........

Hi there Derryn,
I am in contact with Peter and Ursula and I saw Kumush when we picked up Kiera, isn't he wonderful. Kiera has entered two matches so far and taken reserve best puppy both times (I have been told that she can't win until she is six months old). We are hoping to breed from her when she is older, the only problem being that I will have to keep all of the pups LOL. I have convinced my husband to let me keep two so far. We are going to work them. We moved home last weekend to accommodate the dogs. Kiera is 4 1/2 months old and weighs nearly five stone. She is a very big girl. Send my regards to Ursula and Peter, maybe they would like to start posting on here to.

Try and persuade them that Showing is great fun and a good thing to do with dogs.

I think he would be very well over here as there is nothing like him shown. There is a Siberian Husky in Jersey that comes over to our Open Shows but Kumush will knock spots off that.
