I feed my Border Terrier on Burns but she is really fussy and won't touch it unless I have poured some tuna juice on it. Was wondering if a small amount of gravy on top would be OK.

Hi
I think you just have to watch out for the salt content in "human gravy"
Have you tried the new vennison burns? My dogs love it - they completely clean the bowl every time

The venison burns dog food is the only complete dog food Star will eat without mixing anything through it. It even smells Ok!

WOW a fussy Border Terrier, I didn't know there was such a thing!
Dawn.
Think I am in shock to Dawn!!!!
Never ever met a fussy Border. Personally I wouldn't pander to her, Borders are very clever at twisting you round their paws. I can promise you no Border will ever starve itself unless it is ill.

oh she is selectively fussy which I guess would lead you to the conclusion that I am pandering to her, she has been known to spit things out after half chewing them if she decides they don't meet her requirements! I'll try the venisson Burns I think and see how she gets on.
thanks

You can just use hot water, because Burns is a quality food the adding of hot water makes a gravy and smells like the varity it is, don't sniff too hard at the fish one :) The venison one makes me hungry.

Have you tried putting the food in the microwave for 10 seconds to bring the oils and flavour out
